If you have any questions, requests, or complaints, please reach out to us via email instead of leaving a low rating. We aim to respond within a few hours (and sometimes even minutes!) and will do our best to address any specific issues you may encounter.

To configure VLC™ on your PC or Mac, simply download and run the following script on your PC (Windows only):

  1. (Remember to run it as administrator the first time by right-clicking on it and selecting "Run as Administrator")
  2. Windows may prompt you for permission to make changes in the installation folder and allow VLC™ access to the network. These actions are necessary for proper function; please grant permission accordingly.

The provided script enables VLC™ with its web interface and optimizes codec finding and RTSP streaming performance. Should you not be using Windows, please consult the connection guide available at http://vlcdirectprofreeconnect.blogspot.com/ for assistance.
